Terms of Service
1. Agreement
These Terms apply when you invite, configure, or use the SecurityXx Discord bot, website, and related services (“Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service features
SecurityXx is intended to support Discord community safety and administration. Depending on the version and configuration, features may include moderation, ticket/support workflows, logs, role automation, anti-link controls, setup utilities, and service-status notices. Features may change and may not all be available in every server.
3. Eligibility and authority
You must comply with Discord’s age requirements and applicable rules. If you invite or configure SecurityXx for a server, you confirm you have permission to do so and to grant the permissions you select.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to break laws, harass people, invade privacy, evade platform enforcement, disrupt hosting, exploit bugs, or gain unauthorised access to accounts, servers, data, or systems.
5. Moderation responsibility
Server owners and staff remain responsible for server rules, permissions, and moderation decisions. Automated actions may be incorrect or incomplete. SecurityXx does not guarantee that it will prevent every raid, spam incident, scam, or harmful event.
6. Availability and third parties
The Service may be updated, limited, suspended, or discontinued for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. It relies on third-party platforms such as Discord and hosting providers, which have their own terms and policies.
7. Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted if the Service is misused, these Terms are breached, or action is needed to protect users or infrastructure. You can stop using the Service by removing the bot from your server.
9. Terms changes
These Terms may be updated as the Service changes. Material changes should be communicated through an official channel where reasonably practical.
Privacy Policy
10. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how information may be handled when you use SecurityXx and related support services. Actual practices depend on the bot’s implementation and enabled features.
11. Information that may be processed
Depending on configuration, SecurityXx may process Discord user, server, channel, and role IDs; command interactions and settings; moderation records; ticket messages; and technical error or diagnostic logs. Do not assume every category is collected: verify your actual code and storage before publishing.
12. How information may be used
Information may be used to provide commands, configure server features, manage support tickets, support moderation and security investigations, troubleshoot errors, prevent abuse, and meet applicable legal obligations.
13. Sharing and service providers
Information may be processed by the hosting, database, or monitoring providers actually used to run the Service, and may be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users and infrastructure. Identify the providers used before publishing.
14. Retention and deletion
Information should be kept only as long as reasonably necessary for its purpose, subject to security needs and legal obligations. Actual retention periods depend on your bot’s configuration. Contact the SecurityXx team to ask about a record or request deletion.
15. Security
Reasonable steps should be taken to protect information and restrict access to authorised staff. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Never share passwords, bot tokens, or authentication credentials.
16. Privacy requests
Depending on applicable law, you may be able to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information. Contact the SecurityXx team through its official support channel and avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.
17. Policy changes
This policy may be updated when the Service or applicable requirements change. Material changes should be announced through an official channel where reasonably practical.
18. Contact
For questions about these Terms or this Privacy Policy, contact the SecurityXx team through the official website or Discord support channel. Add a monitored support email before publishing if available.
